Northwich Rowing Club's elite quad raced at Marlow Regatta.

They raced against very strong crews and came 2nd in their heat  and in the final they came 3rd behind Leander and Maidenhead. Overall out of 35 crews they came 3rd - a fantastic result.

The quad made up of: Harry Blake, Tom Asteriades, Zac Trigg, Finn Lawton are hoping to qualify for Henley. They have travelled down to Dorney with their coach Jed Barlow to compete in several of the Southern Regattas

They have heard today that they have pre- qualified for Henley Regatta so Congratulations  and well done - all the hours of training has paid off!

Good Luck for Henley.

The winners were:

J14A.2x - Greg Murphy and Lawrence Williams
Greg and Lawrence won The King's Trophy:

WJ14A.2x - Amelia Berry and Hannah Cooney
Amelia and Hannah won the Joe Cosk Challenge Trophy

The J15A.2x  Jack Koch and Matt Roberts had 3 excellent races to reach the final just losing by a length.
One of the umpires on the day said he was very impressed with standard of rowing by the Northwich Juniors.
